SanDisk ships their latest G3 Solid State Drive to retailers in North America and Europe. Capable of 60GB or 120GB capacity, this measures 2.5-inch rugged drive is equipped with MLC NAND flash memory chips, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, a MTBF of 2 million hours and supports the newest Windows 7 TRIM feature. In terms of performance, it provides read and write speeds of up to 220MB/s and 120MB/s, respectively. The 60GB and 120GB are priced at $229.99 and $399.99, respectively.
