German court overturns temporary injunction against T-Mobile Germany; company stops selling unlocked iPhones

A German court has overturned a temporary injunction against T-Mobile Germany, allowing the company to have exclusive rights to sell the Apple iPhone in Germany. In response, T-Mobile has stopped selling unlocked iPhones which were going for $1460. Vodafone originally complained about the T-Mobile/Apple deal and had won a temporary injunction against T-Mobile – requiring the company to sell unlocked Apple iPhones.
