Haier Black Pearl Cloned

Haier’s tiny lozenge-shaped cellphone has been cloned by a Chinese manufacturer. The Black Pearl, which we had only compliments for when it was announced last year, has been cloned back and front and dubbed Mphone Radio Number One. It’s a GSM phone like the original with a built-in MP3 player.

Specs: The clone is actually lighter by 5 grams at 60 grams. It has 1GB on board with microSD extension, USB, FM tuner… the exact specs of the Haier’s Black Pearl. It supports T9 text entry, vibroalert and that trusty cellphone calculator.
