Nokia has declared that its lates mobile phone soon flagship the Nseries device, the Nokia N97, is now available to pre-order via its online shop. The cost for the new touchscreen handset, offered SIM-free direct from the manufacturer, is £499.

The Nokia N97 is Nokia’s first high-end touchscreen device and will be the first Nokia device to feature the Ovi Store, Nokia’s answer to Apple’s App Store.
