BenQ reveals R100 tablet

BenQ reveals their latest R100 tablet in China last February 15 pricing around 3100 Yuan (340€ or $470USD).

BenQ R100 tablet measures a 10.1” LCD with a 1024×600 resolution, runs on a Samsung S5PC100 CPU at 833MHz, with 512MN of DDR II RAM, as 8GB of internal memory, a 3Mpix Camera, a SD Card reader, Bluetooth, WiFi and HDMI out and seems to run on Froyo or Android 2.2.

Other specs include a 29.4Wh Li-Polymer with a total weight of 720g and a size of 266x172x14.55mm.
